Special Regulations. At the back of this collection, several regulations are included in chronological order, stating necessary provisions for extraordinary conditions, which in part are deviating from existing legal regulations, amongst others from the Civil Code and the Civil Registry Regulation.rnIn the Dutch Civil Code, the regulations concerning child rights have been altered by the law of July 10, 1947, Dutch Criminal Code No. H232 jo 1948 No. i 343, therefore in many cases the Dutch regulations, referred to in the margin, may not conform to the text printed at its side; hence if the new Dutch edition deviates very much from the original, the word old is inserted under the number of the article.rn
